Charcoal sketch for new figure painting. I drew this freehand right onto the canvas. Next I will fix it with spray fixative and then paint right on top of the drawing. Day 2 :: Color block in.
A new painting of Pigeon at the Art Student’s League. This simple profile has been worked on for 4 days. The flat lighting has been a challenge.
